How we verify every listing

Public courts

Official sources only

Every court count comes from the city or county parks and recreation page. If the county says 12 courts, we say 12 courts. If we cannot find an official number, we do not make one up.

Clubs

Straight from the club

Club details come from the club's own website. Clubs do not pay to be listed and cannot pay to move up. We link you directly to them so you can check hours and prices yourself.

Player suggestions

Checked before they go live

Players send us courts we missed through the Suggest a Court page. Nothing a stranger types ever appears on this site until we confirm it against an official source.

Updates

Reviewed every week

Court counts change as counties build. Listings are reviewed on a weekly cycle and corrected the same day a club or parks department tells us something is off.

Who builds this

FloridaPickleball.com is a project of Universal Rackets, a racquet sports programming company founded by coach Tyler Stroyek. Universal Rackets runs pickleball and tennis programs at more than 45 locations across five states, and its coaching team shares free lessons on YouTube and through the Universal Rackets newsletter. We built this site because "where can I play near me" was the question we heard most, and no free, honest answer existed for Florida.
