Miami-Dade County alone counts dozens of public courts, from Tropical Park in Westchester to the oceanfront courts at Haulover Park, and Broward County has one of the biggest free public networks in the state across Fort Lauderdale, Pompano Beach, and Plantation. Broward is also home to the FORT, a 43 court campus with the world's first pickleball stadium. Here is where to play across both counties.

Miami-Dade County's largest pickleball site at 7900 SW 40th Street, with 12 courts after 8 new lighted courts were added in 2024. Free to play, with a paid parking lot.
8 newly renovated oceanfront courts at 10800 Collins Avenue, dedicated in 2024 at this Miami-Dade County park. Free to play, paid beach parking.
Doral's first dedicated pickleball courts, 6 of them, at 11400 NW 82nd Street, with restrooms and water on site. Free city park.
5 lighted outdoor courts at 3105 NE 190th Street, open by reservation through the city. Valid ID required at check-in.
4 courts dedicated in 2024 at this 40-acre county community park at 20300 NE 24th Avenue. Free to play.
2 dedicated outdoor courts at 1120 Andalusia Avenue, reservation required, book 24 hours ahead through the city. The city also runs indoor sessions for ages 50 and up.
A free city park at 1200 Meridian Avenue that added new lighted pickleball courts in 2025, with shaded seating and nearby parking. Open daily 8 a.m. to 10 p.m. Call ahead for current open play hours.

Broward runs one of the largest free public court networks in Florida. All counts below come from the official city parks pages.
8 free courts at 1101 Bayview Drive, open daily 6 a.m. to 9 p.m., with a live ParkView camera on site.
6 dedicated lighted courts at 1150 G. Harold Martin Drive, open daily 6 a.m. to 9:30 p.m. Free to play.
6 free courts at 1330 SW 33rd Terrace, open daily 6 a.m. to sunset.
17 courts at 9151 NW 2nd Street, the hub of a city network that runs 26 courts across five parks. Free to play.
12 free first-come courts at 1660 NE 10th Street, open sunrise to sunset, lighted until 11 p.m.
8 free courts at 620 South Cypress Road, open 7 a.m. to 9 p.m. with lights out at 9:15 p.m.
6 permanent free outdoor courts, open daily 7 a.m. to 10 p.m., no fee.

Plantation Central Park has 17 and Pompano Beach Community Park has 12, both bigger than anything in Miami-Dade. If you are willing to drive north the choice improves considerably.
